Events

The Congress of Polish Historians of Medicine, Pharmacy and Allied Sciences will be held from 14 to16 September 2016 at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences.

The theme is History of Medicine and Pharmacy at the beginning of the 21st Century. We interpret this theme broadly and will discuss body and mind in philosophical and medical debate as well as narratives provided by museums of history of medicine and pharmacy.

A special session will be organized on the transfer of medical knowledge from Poland to Western Europe and Russia.
